CSSMap plugin unless otherwise stated is licensed under license described at the License page.
By purchasing CSSMap plugin, you consent that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
Warranty
The plugin is done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
CSSMap plugin is guaranteed to function on a valid, well coded website without any structural errors. We do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using the CSSMap plugin. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.
Support
The CSSMap plugin is sold and distributed “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.
Support for CSSMap plugin is only available for those who purchased or downloaded a free version of the plugin and have a proof of purchase (receipt number) or using email address assigned to the purchase/download. Support will not be provided when the plugin was downloaded from the third party and/or unauthorized websites.
Support may not be provided for old versions of the CSSMap plugin previously distributed by Winston_Wolf’s quasi-blog website. It applies to script version 4.4 and earlier.
Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
The CSSMap plugin may not be supported when it will be bought out by another company.
Refunds
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes your site unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- you are within the first 30 days after purchase of the CSSMap plugin,
- your issue comes from not being able to install the CSSMap plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions,
- you have attempted to resolve your issue with our support,
- issues caused by third party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund,
- you can provide proof of purchase (receipt number) or using email address assigned to the purchase/download.
No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
By purchasing the CSSMap plugin from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
Delivery
After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and download link or links.
Unless otherwise stated each download link is valid for 72 hours after successful payment and permit 5 (five) times use.
If you did not receive an email with download link within two hours after payment, check out your junk/spam folder for any messages from CSSMap plugin. If there’s nothing there, please report that issue at payments@ or using the contact form.
